Why does DAFAN Carton Equipment use front-edge servo pressure-free paper feeding?

Compared with traditional chain machines, the front-edge paper feeding system of carton printing machines has several significant advantages:

1. Higher precision: Front-edge paper feeding uses vacuum suction or mechanical clamping to ensure accurate paper positioning and reduce overprinting errors.
2. Suitable for both thin and thick cardboard: It can stably convey thin cardboard (such as E-flute) and thick cardboard (such as 5-layer corrugated board).
3. Less cardboard damage: Non-contact front-edge feeding reduces physical friction and improves production efficiency.

At present, our high-speed printing machines and high-grade color printing equipment are equipped with front-edge paper feeding systems, and their applications are becoming increasingly widespread.
