Core Structure:
Feeding Unit：
Chain feeding, suitable for heavy-duty and large-sized carton boards.
Printing Section：
1.The whole machine adopts double-layer covers. The inner cover is welded with 6mm and 10mm steel plates. Double worm gear boxes are used for clearance adjustment of the whole machine.
2.Equipped with brake motor and encoder, featuring fast and accurate adjustment. 360° forward and reverse phase adjustment is available during operation and stop.
3.The phase is controlled by a 7-inch LCD screen.
Rotary Die-cutting Section (Board-free Slotting Section)：
1.The rubber pad has an automatic axial movement function, with 20mm left and right axial movement respectively, improving the utilization rate of the rubber pad.
2.Electric planetary gear die-cutting phase adjustment, keyless connection.
Inking Unit：
The inking unit evenly applies ink to the printing plates, ensuring clear and consistent printing on carton surfaces.
