High-speed integrated equipment for corrugated carton production, integrating servo pressure-free feeding, dual-bellows vacuum adsorption, multi-color printing, slotting and die-cutting. With full-process vacuum adsorption conveying for boards, it is suitable for 3-ply / 5-ply corrugated boards, completing multiple processes in one pass, including printing, creasing, slotting, corner cutting and die-cutting.

Core Structure:
Leading Edge Section:
1.The front stop mechanism features electric transverse movement, consisting of a gear motor, lead screw, baffle, stop pillar, etc. The front baffle adopts linear guide and roller lead screw, and the left/right baffles are made of aluminum.
2.Equipped with a simple brush dust removal system.

Printing Section:
1.The whole machine adopts double-layer covers. The inner cover is welded with 6mm and 10mm steel plates. Double worm gear boxes are used for clearance adjustment of the whole machine.
2.Equipped with brake motor and encoder, featuring fast and accurate adjustment. 360° forward and reverse phase adjustment is available during operation and stop.
3.The phase is controlled by a 7-inch LCD screen.
Slotting Section:
1.Fully automatic production management system. Simply input the order size information on the touch screen, and the paper feeding section, printing section, slotting section and die-cutting section will automatically adjust all clearances, axial and circumferential parameters accurately and reliably, without any manual intervention. It realizes fully automatic adjustment and improves production efficiency.
2.Equipped with a touch screen with clear display and easy operation, supporting automatic one-key job change.
3.The clearance adjustment of each cutter disc is completed on the touch screen, with electric adjustment and digital control.
4.Quick-change adjustable pre-pressing and creasing structure ensures excellent pre-pressing and creasing effects for boards of different thicknesses.


Rotary Die-cutting Section (Board-free Slotting Section):
1.The rubber pad has an automatic axial movement function, with 20mm left and right axial movement respectively, improving the utilization rate of the rubber pad.
2.Electric planetary gear die-cutting phase adjustment, keyless connection.
